Where Every Child is Known and Inspired to Excel, to Lead, to Care

On October 13, 11 students from the GV Voices after-school choral group performed in the Bob Chilcott Festival at the Cathedral of the Incarnation in Garden City.

Bob Chilcott is an internationally known choral composer from the UK. Over Columbus Day weekend, there was a Bob Chilcott festival throughout Long Island. Over several days, Chilcott worked with a number of choirs (collegiate, church, and school), giving a culminating performance on Sunday afternoon at the Cathedral of the Incarnation in Garden City. GV Voices was invited a year ago to be one of the featured children's choirs. 

Ann & John Forlines, parents of Megan '04, Molly '06, and Jack '11, were among those who sponsored Chilcott's Long Island visit.
