Robotics Competition Group

4th-8th Grade

Innovation Lab

DESCRIPTION
Students will use materials from the Vex Robotics Corporation to design and assemble robots capable of meeting the requirements for the Vex IQ Challenge. Once suitable robots have been assembled students will have the option to enter competitions against other schools in the region. Participation in the club will allow students to acquire skills in spatial relations, mathematics, physics, coding and cooperation. Students enrolled in the Robotics Club will have the first option of expanding their robotics skills by joining this group.
