Board of Trustees

The GVS Board is the guardian of the School’s Mission, Values, and Vision.

To this end, the Board is responsible for devising and implementing policies that support this North Star . The Board is also a steward of the School’s resources and is accountable for its financial stability and future. The Board is responsible for providing oversight of, and support for, the Head of School. Finally, the Board is charged with ensuring that the school complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
