Applicants to The Green Vale School are accepted for admission on a need-blind basis. Once accepted, candidates for financial aid are referred to the Financial Aid Committee, which awards monies to families who demonstrate financial need as determined by the needs analysis system of the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS).
Financial aid awards are made on a rolling basis, once a student has been accepted and a family's aid application and financial information has been received by the Committee. The School's eligibility policy for aid includes students enrolled in grades Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. The Director of Finances is always available to discuss a family's individual circumstances and financial needs. Families pay all incidental expenses and any tuition not covered by the financial aid.
Recipients of financial aid are expected to meet the same standards of performance as all students and must demonstrate financial need on an annual basis. All information received by the Financial Aid Committee is held in the strictest confidence.
For further information on financial aid please contact the Admissions Office by phone or in person. Additionally, our Director of Finance is available as a resource to answer any questions about the financial aid application process and timing.
