As many of you know, the Fair is truly an exceptional event that requires a tremendous amount of support. We are so grateful to those who volunteer their time and resources to make this event a success.
W E E K E N D S C H E D U L E
Friday, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm -- Shop at the Vendor Fair.
6:00 pm -- Dinner and Live Auction
Saturday, 11 am to 4 pm -- Children’s Fair, Kids’ Bids Auction, Shop at the Vendor Fair and Lunch at ‘Tavern on the Green Vale'
Sunday, 11 am to 3 pm -- Shop at the Vendor Fair
NEW TO THE FAIR THIS YEAR
- The Vendor Fair will be open Friday morning from 8:30am - 2:30 pm in addition to Saturday and Sunday. Come and join us for a cup of coffee and some wonderful shopping while your children are busy at school.
- Friday evening’s cocktails, dinner and Live & Almost Live (Bidpal) auctions will begin at 6:00pm in the gym of the Blue Gold Center. Online bidding for Almost Live items will open prior to the event.
- Kids’ Bids & Teachers Offerings will focus on children’s items and wonderful offerings from our talented faculty. It will be located in the Blue Gold Center in close proximity to the Children’s Fair on Saturday, making it convenient for everyone.
We hope to see you all at the Fair! The countdown has started and the event is sure to be a “blast.”
